Dili.tais.edu.tl || In a landmark moment for Mountain View College, the School of Education has officially launched its first international academic collaboration with the Timor-Leste Adventist International School (TAIS) under the Timor-Leste Mission of Seventh-day Adventists.
Held at the MVC Media Center on July 21, 2025, the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) marked the beginning of a dynamic Teacher Certification Program between the two institutions. The partnership affirms a shared commitment to quality Christian education and professional teacher development across international borders.
The collaboration is rooted in the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) guidelines that govern international linkages:
• CMO No. 1, Series of 2000 – Policies and Guidelines on the Implementation of International Linkages and Twinning Programs
• CMO No. 55, Series of 2016 – Policy Framework and Strategies on the Internationalization of Philippine Higher Education
